There are also some extremes to be on the lookout for which may have started in high school when we begin to be fussy and pay a lot attention to how we look. Eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia are commonly reported at this stage in one's life, from high school and terribly so from primary school also. Hopefully it won't spread down to kindergarten too, lol! Ok, but seriously speaking, this is not really a laughing matter.

How to eat healthy when you are in college can almost seem to be an impossible thing to do, especially when you have assignments due, exams coming up and classes to attend. Trying to eat, yet alone cook a healthy meal may not be the first thing on your mind, obviously! However, this is why we are here to help.   • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it will set you up for all the activity that lies ahead of you. Therefore, have an energy packed one.   • Lunch time, at the cafeteria, use you discretion and go for those foods that do not have too much saturated fat as it is not good for you. Don't go for things like pizza or fries, unless if the fries have been baked and not deep-fat fried.
